When applying a topcoat, you need a viscous/thick resin. It needs to be thick to stay where you want it and not flow over the edges, Hard Cast is very thin and takes so long to cure, it would flow off your piece. So, any of our 3 Artist Resins are great for top coating. They all cure to the same hardness, the difference between the 3 is viscosity. I'll list them here from thickest to most thin. The thinner the resin, the thinner your topcoat will be. :) Artist Resin Artist Resin Medium Viscosity Artist Resin Thin Viscosity |
