One thing that will cause problems is sealing with the crystal clear, which is close to the same makeup as spray paint. A lot of spray paint and the clear finishes you get at the box stores also add silicone to make the finish flow better, which will cause fisheyes. Spray paint and spray finishes also put out gases that can cause fisheyes and bubbles. I would suggest using the sealing process we use for marble paint tumblers. Apply stick tight and 2 coats of quick coat to create a barrier between the paints and the topcoat.
