Counter Culture is not responsible for damages that occur to orders after they leave our facility. We will help to file a claim with the shipping carrier, but to file a claim, we need documentation to proceed. Please submit good, high quality photos of the box, packing, and items damaged to support@counterculturediy.com as soon as possible. Please DO NOT destroy or trash any packaging or products unless directed by a member of the CCDIY Team.
CCDIY will work with you to help facilitate a refund or replacement, but in order to do that, we have to have the proper documentation to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
