This answer depends on where your shipment is currently at.
If your package hasn't left our facility yet:
If this is during business hours 8 am - 5 pm CST M-F, please call us as soon as you can! 417-658-3411 and ask for the shipping department for an address update.
If your package has already shipped:
Contact customer service to see if the package is still able to be rerouted. This will cost to have it changed once in transit. Customer Service can get you quotes on getting it rerouted to a new location or to our facility and see which is more cost effective for you.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to CCDIY due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. CCDIY is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
